SUBSCRIPTION RENTAL POLICY

Delivery and Pickup
We will do our very best to meet your requested delivery date for all subscriptions. Around two weeks prior to the subscription delivery date, we will contact you to confirm the details of your order and delivery. We will confirm with you again on the day of subscription delivery and once the Product has been successfully delivered.
We request that someone be at the home to receive the physical delivery. In the event that you authorize Little Lendables to leave a subscription package outside your home, we will maintain a record of delivery with photographic evidence. Little Lendables is not responsible for any lost subscription packages and you may incur replacement charges that take into account the age and condition of the garments within the package.
When an exchange is to take place for a live subscription, the current subscription package must be received in-hand prior to delivery of the new subscription package. Any exchanges that do not take place face-to-face will be treated as written in the above paragraph.
Following cancellation of a subscription, you must arrange for pickup of your subscription package within a week of cancellation. Failure to do so may result in an additional month of subscription charges.
For Products purchased on the Website, delivery method will be as chosen by the customer at checkout. In the event of a lost or damaged delivery, Little Lendables will work with both the customer and the shipping company to resolve the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
For subscription exchanges, you have a period of 24 hours after delivery for a free exchange, provided that the Product remains in the same condition that it was delivered in.
For subscription packages in sizes Newborn and 0-3 months, exchanges are limited to once every two weeks. For all other subscription package sizes, exchanges are limited to once per month. We will accommodate an exchange above the limit outlined, but reserve the right to charge a delivery fee.
For subscription package returns with no exchange, you must arrange for pickup of your subscription package within one week of cancellation. Failure to do so may result in an additional month of subscription charges.
We strongly encourage subscription customers to return the clothing to Little Lendables unwashed and as-is.
For Products purchased on the Website, exchanges are not provided. For refund information, please see above.
Product Loss or Purchase
If a subscription bundle is returned to Little Lendables with an item missing, we will contact you to ask that you attempt to locate the item. If you cannot locate the item, we reserve the right to charge a replacement cost that takes into account the age and condition of the garment.
If you fall in love with a garment and would like to hang on to it, please let us know when you complete the return form and we will contact you to let you know the replacement cost prior to charging your account. Please note that we will only charge a replacement cost that takes into account the age and condition of the garment.
Wear and Tear Insurance
This is probably the first thing you actually came here to read. Included in our subscription fees is coverage we refer to as “Wear and Tear Insurance”. Little Lendables considers the definition of “Wear and Tear” to include damage or stains to — or on — a clothing item that results from general play and life. Acceptance under this policy is at our sole discretion. If we believe that damage or staining was a result of malicious actions, we reserve the right to charge a replacement cost that takes into account the age and condition of the garment.
